Canteen's Fresh To You food program is the most exciting new concept in culinary center food production ever! It responds to our customers needs for quality and freshness.  Canteen's culinary center is the backbone of our Fresh To You food program and is staffed by professional food service personnel skilled in food production.

Canteen’s culinary Center is inspected by both the United States Department of Agriculture and Steritech. In addition, we have a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point plan (HACCP) in place. HACCP is a program that helps assure quality products meet food safety specifications and are immediately fit for use.
 

Canteen’s production standards ensure the foods we offer are the freshest possible. Food items are prepared and shipped daily on refrigerated trucks.

With a combined total of 80 years experience, our culinary center employees have the knowledge & skill to make consistently great tasting, fresh food items.

There are 280 items on Canteen’s Culinary Menu, many are
traditional favorites. They are foods we have grown-up with...but not outgrown. The culinary menu is comprised of Canteen’s own freshly made “Fresh To You” classics along with exclusive restaurant brands and other highly recognizable items.
