Jerry H. Haase, President/Owner
Jerry has owned the company for
31 years. He was in sales
with Canteen in Indianapolis for
five years before taking a huge
leap of faith to purchase a failing
franchise in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Jerry has successfully built the
company from original
employment of 17 to now over 450.

Jerry D Haase, Vice President
JD is the son of President and
Owner, Jerry H. Haase. JD spent
his years through school working
in the business and came on
board full time after graduating
from WKU in 1985. JD has worked
in all aspects of the company
from the bottom to the top. JD’s
current responsibilities are to
lead the company to successfully
meet customer service needs and
financial goals. JD travels
throughout our 47 county
territories on a weekly basis to
visit customers and ensure that
we are maintaining our company
standards.

Mark Cornwell---District Manager---Bowling Green/Hopkinsville
Mark first joined Canteen as a Route Driver in 1998. He was quickly recognized as one who related well with both
customers and fellow employees. Mark was promoted to Customer Service Manager for the Bowling Green office in 2000 and
other promotions quickly followed suit for Area Vending Manager and his current position of District Manager.

Keith Survant, District General
Manager Evansville/Owensboro
Keith has been with us for 19
years. Keith has worked
his way up through the ranks
holding positions of Route
Person, Route Supervisor,
Service Manager and today holds
the position of District
Manager. Keith brings to
the table a strong understanding
of our business and a great
enthusiasm to get things
accomplished.

Rodney Currie, Director of Food Services
Rodney has been with Canteen for
over ten years. He started as
a Route Person and was quickly
promoted to Route Supervisor.
Currently, he is in charge of
all food operations in the company.

David A Holmes, District General
Manager Elizabethtown
David came on board at Canteen
early in 2005. David brings with
him 10 years of expertise in the
Food Service Industry. David is
a graduate of Sullivan school
of Culinary Arts from Louisville,
Kentucky. He will be responsible
for all of Canteen’s Dining Centers,
Catering Departments, and other
specialty food operations.

Gary Schroader, Controller
Gary has been with our company for
29 years. He also worked his way
up through the ranks, starting out
in the warehouse. He has held positions
of Route Person, Route Supervisor,
Service Manager, General Manager
and now Controller. Gary is responsible
for all accounting and financial
functions company wide and the Owensboro
office staff. |

Keith Sharber, Human Resources Manager
Keith has been with Canteen for
over 20 years. Keith came
to us from the radio broadcasting
industry where he was news director.
Keith started out with our company
in sales and was very successful
in securing new business for the
company. He was in sales
for 15 years and then took on
the big challenge of operating
a new territory in Evansville
and Vincennes, Indiana before being named HR manager in July 2007

Lori Wilson, Area Vending Manager Bowling Green
Lori has worn many hats during
her five years at Canteen. She
started in catering, moved into
the Nutrition Program for the
Elderly and recently was named
Area Vending Manager.

Shawn McNeely, Area Vending Manager Owensboro
Shawn has been with Canteen
since 1998. He started out
in the Jasper operation as manager
and moved to Owensboro in January
2003, to take on his new responsibilities.

Regina Blinn, Area Vending Manager Vincennes
Although Regina only has five years
with Canteen, she has over 21
years in the vending business.
Regina has grown up in the business,
and her customers think she is
tops.

Joe Shelton, Area Vending Manager Evansville
Joe had 19 years of management experience
in the restaurant industry before joining
the Canteen team in 2008. He enjoys working
with the youth in his church, time with his
family, coaching youth basketball and
watching sports. Shelton is a native of
Elizabethtown, Kentucky and has an Associates
Degree in Business Management.

Dawn Gentry, Owensboro Area Food Manager
Dawn joined the Canteen team in 1994 and brought with her previous food experience…including a background in college and
university dining. She was promoted to a management position in 1998 with oversight responsibilities for the Green River
Area Development District’s Nutrition Program for the Elderly. Dawn was promoted to her current Area Food Manager position
in January 2008.

Rita Welch---Bowling Green Area Food Manager
Rita came on board the Canteen team in 2004. She started as a nutrition program
for the elderly delivery driver and also assisted in the catering department.
Rita was promoted to a Catering Coordinator a year later and moved up to her
current position of Area Food Manager in 2006.

Angela Thornton, Customer Service
Manager
Angela has been with us for six
years. She started as a routeperson
in the Scottsville area. Showing
great customer service skills,
she was promoted to manager in
2004.

Cory Graves, Customer Service Manager
Cory has been with us for seven
years now. He started out serving
customers as a routeman in the
Glasgow area. His customers at
all locations loved his service.

Chris Cropper, Field Support Manager Bowling Green
Chris has been with Canteen for
18 years. He has worked his way
up through the ranks starting
as a Route Person, moving to Route
Supervision and now managing the
maintenance area in Bowling Green.

Glenn Wilcox---Hopkinsville Customer Service Manager
Glenn is a veteran of the U. S. Army and during his 21 year career served our country with combat tours to Iraq and
Afghanistan during Operation Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. A native of Memphis,
Glenn became a member of Team Canteen in June of 2006 and was promoted to Customer Service Manager in June of 2007.

Ted King, Field Support Manager Owensboro
Even after 41 years with Canteen,
Ted keeps on ticking. He is a
model Canteen employee and runs
a tight ship in maintenance, ensuring
that our customer is always happy
and satisfied.

Paul Rafferty, Customer Service
Manager
Paul has been with Canteen for
eight years. He started in the
warehouse, then served as a Route
Person, with much success. He
was promoted to Customer Service
Manager.

Brandon Goodman---Owensboro Customer Service Manager
After six years of service in the United States Marines and visits to over 25
countries Brandon decided to put roots down in Owensboro. He is a native of
Henderson County, Kentucky and joined the Canteen team in 2006 as a Route Driver
and later took on the position of Utility Driver. Brandon was promoted to his
current position of Customer Service Manager in July of 2007.

Brad Clouse, Food & Dining Manager
Brad has been with Canteen for
11 years filling numerous positions,
including Catering Manager and
Brescia Manager. He has over 20
years experience in the food industry.
Currently manager over Tyson and Brescia University.

Gary Bennett---Customer Service Manager/Elizabethtown
Gary began his vending service career in 1975 with Vend-a-mat, a former subsidiary of Coca-Cola in Elizabethtown. He
began as a route service driver and earned a position in management by the mid 1980’s. Gary is very dedicated and loyal
as evidenced by him not missing a scheduled day of work in over 30 years! We’re proud to have him on the team as a Customer
Service Manager in Elizabethtown!

Charlie Smith---Elizabethtown Customer Service Manager
Charlie’s involvement in the vending industry dates back to 1974 when he first joined Coca-Cola in Elizabethtown. He was
promoted to management in 1980. This vast experience serves him well as he directs and coordinates the delivery of our
products and services to dozens of account locations in the Elizabethtown region.
